Bookkeeper

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. This role will assist with transactional accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and general administrative support within a collaborative team environment.

• Process and maintain financial transactions and accounting records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and routine accounting functions.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end activities and other periodic accounting processes.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the accounting team.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
