Treatment Plan Coordinator

North American Dental Group (NADG)

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Old Saybrook, CT)

Responsibilities
  • Greet and schedule patients, collect co‑payments, present treatment plans, ensure schedules meet production goals, and develop reports on production goals.
  • Serve as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care.
  • Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients.
  • Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment for dental services.
  • Present case and accept chair‑side treatment planning.
  • Conduct treatment plan consultations with new and existing patients to address concerns and answer questions regarding dental treatment plans.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care regarding appointment opportunities.
Skills Required
  • Friendly, professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of dental experience.
  • Excel in multi‑tasking and time management.
  • Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs.
