Primary Purpose

Our meat clerks select the best cuts for customers and help them find what they need. That s not all. They also stock and maintain display cases and help our meat cutters weigh, prepare, label and package products. This is just a general overview of their job duties. You may be asked to assist in other ways too, depending on the needs of your store.
