For ROSEN Europe BV in Oldenzaal, we are looking for two analytical and ambitious Data Analysts with 0–3 years of experience.
Due to the continued growth of our organization and increasing demand for data‑driven insights, we currently have two vacancies available within our Data Analytics team.
This is a broad data‑driven role within an organization that is rapidly evolving in the areas of data and digitalisation. You will have the opportunity to help build this further and make a direct impact on how data is utilised within the organisation.
In this role, the focus is on analysing, structuring, and visualising data, as well as developing dashboards and reports. You will work with data from various systems and translate it into insights used for better decision‑making and tangible improvements within the organisation. At the same time, you will be involved in improving processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring that data is effectively applied in practice.
Depending on your experience and profile, the exact role will be tailored within the organisation. This could be more corporate‑focused (central data, reporting and strategic analyses) or positioned in one of our regions responsible for Europe, Central Asia and Africa.

Responsibilities- Conduct data analyses and develop dashboards and reports (Power BI and similar tools)
- Combine, structure and analyse data from different systems
- Identify trends, patterns and deviations and translate these into actionable insights and improvements for the organisation
- Actively contribute to improving data quality, reporting and data‑driven decision‑making
- Support teams and management with clear analyses and practical insights
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and ways of working, including through automation
- Write and optimise policies and documentation, supported by AI tools such as Copilot
- Contribute to various data and business intelligence projects within the organisation
- Completed Master’s degree in Mathematics, Business IT, Data Science or a comparable field
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of abstract thinking
- Experience or strong interest in data analytics and AI tools
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI (SQL or similar tools is a plus)
- Affinity with AI tools such as Copilot and modern data practices
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Eager to learn, independent and proactive
- Able to easily switch between analysis, investigation and practical process improvements
- Living in the Twente region (or willing to commute within 45 minutes)
- Fluency in Dutch is required
