Location: Chadderton
South Lakes Housing in Oldham (North Manchester) seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team. The role is office-based, 8am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday, paying circa £30k plus benefits.
You will handle accounts payable, payroll, VAT/PAYE/CIS, and sales ledger, with a focus on accuracy and timely deadlines. Essential experience in bookkeeping and proficiency with Xero are required, with desirable AAT qualification and construction sector familiarity.
