Master Data Specialist

Master Data Specialist at ADI Global Distribution (EMEA Head Office, Chadderton, Oldham, Hybrid).

A Master Data Specialist responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining all product master data while collaborating across departments. Work on SAP Material Master updates and support supplier price file updates.

• Complete day‑to‑day tasks within agreed SLA’s including product creation and master data queries.
• Support updating supplier price files as per business requirements.
• Assist colleagues in the data team to enhance company master data quality.
• Act as an ambassador for the team and a subject‑matter expert in master data.
• Advise and support the wider business when changes are made to SAP regarding the Material Master.
• Live and breathe the team's data standard policy.

• Good IT skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Effective multi‑tasking skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Ability to build relationships and actively engage coworkers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong internal and external customer service orientation.
