Emergency Helpline Operator & Responder

A community interest company is seeking a Helpline Operator to provide emergency response services, assisting individuals in living independently within their homes. Key tasks include responding to alarm calls, recording data, attending emergency situations, and supporting personal care needs as required. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving licence and experience in customer service, demonstrating communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

This position is based at Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre in Oldham and offers 28 hours per week.
