We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK manufacturer of UPVC and aluminium windows and doors for a talented Order Processor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their career in a respected and well-established business.

About the Company:

Our client is one of the UK’s largest window and door manufacturers, producing high-quality double-glazing solutions. Partnering with top window systems suppliers, they deliver technically advanced, low-maintenance, energy-efficient UPVC and aluminium windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process orders for UPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and order progress.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding order queries and updates.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
The Package & Benefits:

About You:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of experience in order processing, within the windows and doors industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using order management systems and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in order processing or administration is advantageous.
