We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support an established and high-performing team delivering planned works within social housing across Greater Manchester.

This is a temporary opportunity running until the end of April, offering the chance to work with a well-structured, supportive operational team.

You will be responsible for overseeing planned works programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Kitchen & bathroom replacements
• Roofing works
• Windows & doors
• External and internal refurbishment programmes
• Day‑to‑day site management of subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring H&S compliance and site standards are maintained
• Monitoring programme delivery and reporting progress
• Liaising with residents and client representatives
• Managing quality control and snagging
• Supporting commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery
