Senior Site Manager

The Company:

We are working with a well-established and highly successful regional contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager. They are recognised as a leading name in the industry and deliver high-quality Design & Build, refurbishment and fit-out projects in the leisure, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join their team.

Initially, you will be responsible for overseeing a new build steel frame development in Lancashire.

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience overseeing new build projects from start to completion.

They have an established client base in the North West providing a strong pipeline for future projects.

There will be an element of travel involved and you will need to be prepared to occasionally work away.

You will need to hold valid certifications i.e. SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS.

The contractor you’ll join are very well-known within their core markets, the majority of their work is negotiated and can offer stability, longevity and progression.
