Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
The Job The position is based in our Reception office, working part time based on business requirements.
The working patterns will be on a rota system between the hours of
6.45am and
6.00pm The job involves, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
Hotel and dining reservations.
Dealing with enquiries by phone, email and social media outlets, relaying and replying to messages / enquiries.
Ensuring an efficient reception experience for guests including checking in / out of residents, welcoming customers and attending to their requests and queries during their stay.
Cash and credit card payments handling Daily banking and cash reconciliation General clerical duties Undertaking any appropriate training as required.
We are looking for someone who displays the following qualities:
Good communication skills Friendly and helpful at all times.
High level of customer service / care skills.
Ability to work under pressure Positive attitude.
Competent level of IT proficiency Ability to work effectively with a range of people
- Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills to communicate with a range of people.
Ability to act on own initiative, dealing with any unexpected problems that arise.
