We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Housing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries by phone and email with professionalism and compassion — particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals.
What We’re Looking For- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience, attentiveness, and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- A clear focus and willingness to work hard
- Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
