Salary: £12.71 per hour plus bonus

Hours of work: Monday to Friday

Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a Showroom Host to join our successful team in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our dealership, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits us.

Resposiblesible for
  • Creating a Positive First Impression:
    Welcoming all customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Customer Support:
    Assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of service throughout their visit.
  • Relationship Building:
    Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming dealership environment.
  • Reception Duties:
    Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Administrative Support:
    Assisting with showroom administration and ensuring customer information is handled accurately.
We are seeking a candidate with
  • Excellent Communication

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
  • Professional Telephone Manner: A friendly and professional approach when handling customer calls and enquiries.
  • Customer Service

    Experience:

    Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • IT Literacy:
    Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong Organisation

    Skills:

    The ability to manage workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
