Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling a variety of queries with empathy and professionalism.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and shift patterns from 8:00 to 20:00.
No prior housing or contact centre experience is required; what matters is attitude, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
