Overview

Join the Guinness Partnership team as a Customer Service Advisor. Are you passionate about helping others and delivering outstanding service? We are looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and dedicated team in Oldham.

What you will do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents. You will handle a variety of queries, some of which may be sensitive or complex, with empathy and professionalism. Your role will be key in ensuring our residents feel heard, supported, and valued.

About the Role
  • Full-time: 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Shift pattern:
    Rotational shifts covering 8:00am – 8:00pm;
    You must be able to work all shift patterns

You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills
  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer services.
  • Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
  • Proven ability to provide accurate and clear responses to routine customer enquiries - in writing, face to face or by telephone.
  • Proven ability to accurately enter data within a customer call scenario, whilst talking to customers to understand requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Additional information

We will be holding an assessment centre on 28th July with remote, final stage video interviews to take place later that week.
