QTS or QTLS Required

£25 - £35 per hour

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a range of schools and alternative provisions across Oldham, who are looking to appoint qualified Tutors to support pupils on a 1 : 1 and small‑group basis.

These roles are ideal for teachers who enjoy targeted teaching, building strong relationships, and making a measurable impact on pupil progress outside of the traditional classroom environment.

• Deliver tailored tuition in core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science)
• Work 1 : 1 or with small groups of pupils
• Support learners who may be disengaged, have SEND or SEMH needs, or are accessing alternative provision
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Track progress and provide clear feedback

• Hold QTS or QTLS (essential)
• Have experience working with KS2, KS3 and/or KS4 pupils
• Be confident adapting teaching approaches to suit different learning styles
• Have strong behaviour management and relationship‑building skills
• Be able to commit to regular, consistent sessions
