Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced learning support assistant to join a friendly and welcoming primary school with a strong reputation for supporting both staff and pupils. You will support pupils with special educational needs, including children with autism and physical challenges. The role involves working closely with class teachers and SEND staff to provide tailored, compassionate support that enhances each child’s learning experience.

• An experienced SEND teaching assistant
• Confident supporting physically challenging autistic children within a special needs environment
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Someone with previous experience working with children in educational or care settings
• In possession of an up-to-date Child and Adult DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one through Axcis

You will be assigned a professional consultant who will be your personal point of contact throughout your time working with us, offering guidance, support, and ongoing communication.

Axcis Education is an employment agency offering temporary supply work for daily, short-term and long-term assignments in addition to permanent positions. You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
