Position: Primary Teachers Required (Temporary)
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Primary school trained teachers for roles in Oldham and Tameside as part of a large Multi Academy trust to work on a long-term or short-term basis starting Straight away

You’ll be joining an inclusive/modern/supportive school, focused on highlight two of their school values, such as diversity, equality, etc.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic Trust to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

* Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure learning objectives are met in the absence of the regular class teacher.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school’s policies to maintain a positive learning environment.

* Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups, and subjects, showing flexibility and professionalism at all times.

* Provide feedback to staff on pupil progress, behaviour, and any issues arising during the day.

Essential

Qualifications:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / equivalent).

* Recent UK classroom teaching experience, ideally across a range of key stages or subjects.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

* Strong behaviour management and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
