Due to continued growth and investment, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Programme Tutor of Business, Marketing and Finance to join our thriving Financial & Professional Services team.
The RoleYou will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of programmes including T Level in Management and Administration, T Level in Sales and Marketing, T Level in Finance, Level 3 Business Marketing, and T Level Foundation programmes in Sales, Marketing and Business Support.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in BTEC, A Level and/or T Level delivery, particularly those confident teaching finance within business contexts.
You will drive outstanding achievement and progress, deliver engaging and industry-relevant learning, provide pastoral support to at least two cohorts, build strong relationships with learners, parents and employers, and promote excellent attendance and professional behaviours.
This is a key role within a growing and ambitious team focused on progression, employability and high‑grade outcomes.
Qualifications- Experience in BTEC, A Level and/or T Level delivery, particularly teaching finance within business contexts.
- Strong ability to deliver engaging, industry‑relevant learning.
- Pastoral support experience for at least two cohorts.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with learners, parents and employers.
- Passion for developing commercially minded, industry‑ready learners.
