Year 2 Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a temporary opportunity?

Premier Education are currently supporting a large primary school in Oldham who are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 class ASAP. This is expected to last for 3 weeks to cover sickness.

Your duties and responsibilities will include supporting a Year 2 class and helping with lunch cover

Shadow the teacher and work closely with them

Working with different groups of students to improve attainment and progress academically

Creating excellent resources carrying out admin tasks for the classes

Opportunity to learn how to plan lessons effectively and efficiently

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Strong academic background (A Levels and GCSEs)

Positive and friendly manner

Genuine passion for working with children

Previous experience tutoring/coaching is desirable

.00 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
