A friendly and nurturing primary school in North East Manchester is seeking a full-time KS1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 to cover maternity leave. The school is situated in a well-connected area with excellent transport links, making it easily commutable from Manchester city centre, Chadderton, Ashton‑under‑Lyne, Oldham, Prestwich and Rochdale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit one-form entry school where staff are valued and supported. The school promotes a collaborative working environment, with experienced leadership and a strong focus on creating positive learning experiences for pupils.
The Role- Full-time maternity cover from September 2026
- Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Working closely with support staff and colleagues
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
- Welcoming one-form entry primary school

- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
