- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with your mentor and senior staff as part of your ECT induction programme.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
- Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK by Summer 2026.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
