• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with your mentor and senior staff as part of your ECT induction programme.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK by Summer 2026.
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
• Shows excellent communication and classroom management potential.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal development.
