Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behaviour/Pastoral Support professional in Oldham to provide essential support for students in a secondary school. This role focuses on working closely with teaching staff to promote positive behaviour and engagement among pupils, particularly those requiring additional emotional or social assistance.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in support or youth work, excellent interpersonal skills, and a calm, adaptable approach. Full training and DBS checks will be provided, and there is a possibility for the role to become permanent.
