Learning Manager; Cover Supervisor

Overview

We are looking to appoint innovative and enthusiastic individuals who have the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in school and can create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom. Behaviour and learning are managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role.

• Provide stability and continuity for students' learning by covering lessons for short‑term teacher absence (up to 10 days).
• Play a pivotal role in improving learning and teaching and be included in the school's programme of professional development for classroom practitioners.
• Support teachers in creating a purposeful learning environment and manage classroom behaviour and learning to the highest standards.

• Passion for supporting high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects.
• Ability to create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Calm disposition and ability to manage behaviour and learning effectively.
