Engage Education are working with a fantastic secondary school in the Oldham area who are eager to find a flexible, outgoing and reliable Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group support to children with complex learning difficulties.

In this role as an Learning Support Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic EHCP centred support to children with special educational needs and disabilities across KS3 and KS4.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

* Tailored Support:
Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups.

* Engaging Sensory Work:
Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development.

* Resource Preparation:
Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences.

* Located in the Oldham area

* Paid £95 – £100 per day during term time

Learning Support Assistant –

About You:

* Minimum 2:2 UK based degree – 2026 graduates welcome!

* Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching

* Enhanced DBS on update service desirable but NOT mandatory

* Available to start immediately pending regulatory vetting checks
