Salary: £28,598 – £31,022 (full time full year equivalent)

Actual Salary: £21,127 – £22,918 per annum (Grade
4)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – Term Time

Working Hours: 32.5 per week term time + 5 days

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: Thursday 2 July 2026 – 9am.

• Recent relevant experience of classroom support at primary level
• A good understanding of interventions to support children working below age expectations including phonics interventions
• A good understanding of children who have social and emotional issues
• A positive, calm and supportive nature
• Prepared to support personal care
• Knowledge and understanding of how children develop communication, interaction and language skills.
• The ability to be flexible and self‑motivated
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Capacity to foster good relationships with parents
