Engage Education is working with a fantastic secondary school in the Oldham area who are eager to find a flexible, outgoing and reliable Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to children with complex learning difficulties.

• Tailored Support:
  Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups.
• Engaging Sensory Work:
  Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development.
• Resource Preparation:
  Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences.
• Located in the Oldham area.
• Paid £95‑£100 per day during term time.

• Flexible schedule with ability to work as and when you want.
• Free online CPD courses across an array of subjects.
• Paid salary of £95‑£100 per day.
• Opportunity to gain valuable school‑based working experience.

• Minimum 2:2 UK‑based degree. 2026 graduates welcome!
• Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching.
• Enhanced DBS on update service desirable but NOT mandatory.
• Available to start immediately pending regulatory vetting checks.
