Exciting New Partnership – SEN Teachers Required
The Education Specialists (TES) are proud to announce a newly established partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across the Salford and surrounding areas. As a result, all future agency recruitment for this Trust will be managed directly through TES.
We are now actively recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to support a range of Primary and Secondary specialist provisions within the Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity to either:
Secure a long-term placement within one school, or
Work flexibly across multiple schools within the Trust, gaining a breadth of experience
About the Role
You will be working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, which may include:
Autism (ASC)
ADHD
SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
PMLD / Complex Needs
Behavioural challenges
Roles are available across both Primary and Secondary settings, with varying class sizes and support structures in place.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and wider school teams
Monitor and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
Experience working within SEN or alternative provisions (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
Strong behaviour management skills
A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
