• Deliver and assess engaging training courses to a professional standard
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence
• Prepare training venues and equipment ahead of sessions
• Carry out dynamic risk assessments where required
• Keep your subject knowledge and training skills up to date
• Build strong relationships with learners and venue contacts
• Ensure training equipment is maintained, clean, and fit for purpose
• Travel locally to deliver training (own vehicle required)

• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal Training
• Mental Health Awareness
• Health & Safety Training
• Other workplace compliance courses

• A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A genuine passion for helping and educating others
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Monday to Friday working hours (08:30-16:30), with occasional evening or weekend sessions to meet customer needs
• Mileage expenses paid
• Full training and support provided for trainee candidates, including a recognised Level 3 Training Qualification
