Milk Education is recruiting for an ambitious, dedicated Science Teacher to join a supportive Secondary School in Oldham on a long-term basis starting in September!
You will be joining an inclusive, modern secondary school in Oldham focused on academic excellence, practical learning, and raising student attainment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced Science Teacher to join a fantastic department and make a genuine difference to pupils local to the school in Oldham
.
- Delivering engaging Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Preparing Key Stage 4 pupils thoroughly for their GCSE Science examinations.
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress to ensure high standards of achievement.
- Creating a safe, interactive laboratory environment that encourages scientific enquiry.
Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
- Must have recent and relevant experience teaching GCSE Science in a secondary school setting.
- Holds a relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related subject.
- Must possess strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
