Full-time (part-time considered for strong applicants) Exciting New Partnership - SEN Teachers Required The Education Specialists (TES) are proud to announce a newly established partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across the Salford and surrounding areas.
As a result, all future agency recruitment for this Trust will be managed directly through TES. We are now actively recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to support a range of Primary and Secondary specialist provisions within the Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity to either:
Secure a long-term placement within one school, or Work flexibly across multiple schools within the Trust, gaining a breadth of experience
About the Role You will be working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, which may include:
Autism (ASC) ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) PMLD / Complex Needs Behavioural challenges Roles are available across both Primary and Secondary settings, with varying class sizes and support structures in place.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and wider school teams
- Monitor and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working within SEN or alternative provisions (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
- Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
- Long-term stability within a well-established Trust
