Teaching Personnel is partnering with a well-regarded secondary school in Oldham to recruit a Behaviour Support Mentor from September. The role focuses on supporting students across the secondary school, offering 1:1 and small-group support, and helping pupils manage behaviour and engagement while building positive relationships.
You will work with teachers and the pastoral team to enable access to learning and promote emotional wellbeing for students who need extra support.
