The Springboard Project is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support a group of secondary-age students with SEMH needs in an educational setting. You will work with the class teacher to adapt activities, monitor progress, and promote positive engagement.
You will record observations, provide regular feedback, and participate in own professional development while maintaining a nurturing, non-judgemental approach to students' social and emotional wellbeing.
