Engage Education is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join ‘The Hive’, a specialist primary Resource Provision supporting pupils with EHCPs. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC/SEMH, implement visual schedules and sensory strategies, and assist with EHCP targets under the guidance of the SEN team.
This role offers ongoing training, mentorship, and the chance to make a direct impact in a small, low-ratio classroom environment.
