E-ACT Royton & Crompton Academy in Oldham is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to support students’ wellbeing, attendance and behaviour within a caring, inclusive environment.
You will work with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, champion safeguarding, and help every student reach their full potential.
The role requires resilience, collaboration and a steadfast commitment to equity, with a strong focus on pupil outcomes and safeguarding as core priorities.
