Do you have strong classroom management skills and the ability to keep students engaged with their work?

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Oldham, who are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The school provides education for students across KS3 and KS4, offering the successful Cover Supervisor the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a secondary school environment.

The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a temporary, full-time basis. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their work.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable

• Experience supervising or supporting students within a classroom environment is desirable

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• The confidence to supervise classes across KS3 and KS4

• A flexible and adaptable approach
