We are seeking a committed Studio Supervisor Media and Broadcasting to support the effective delivery of College services and priorities.

• Manage the resource in our media, broadcasting and digital facilities including TV, Radio and photography studios and where necessary pick up wider technical duties in the department.
• Support teaching and learning classes, events and facilities in line with educational health and safety regulatory requirements, supporting students and tutors to make progress, and achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage the quality and safety of resource in collaboration with our wider support services at Oldham College and external organisations that support our resources.
• Maintain accurate records, for our facilities management to meet the needs of external bodies such as HSE, COSHH risk assessments including assessment, progress, and support documentation, in line with quality and compliance requirements.
• Provide inclusive access to resources that meets the needs of students with SEND as required.
• Contribute to activities that support learner progression, transition, exhibitions and destination outcomes where appropriate.
• Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments

• Industry experience working in TV and Broadcasting environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of media and broadcasting studio equipment.
• Experience of working with young people in a learning environment.
• Ability to support teaching and learning activities and events, working with young people and tutors to meet required quality standards and support learner progress and achievement.
• Ability to adapt delivery to meet the needs of learners with SEND.
