A leading infrastructure consultancy in the UK seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to oversee pre-construction activities for complex Tier II projects valued up to £10m. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring technical and commercial alignment throughout the project phases. Key responsibilities include managing bid stages, design development, and co-ordinating multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant engineering qualification and have at least 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably within critical infrastructure environments.
