Are you a Draughtsperson, CAD Technician, or similar from a Building Services, HVAC or MEP background looking to join a forward‑thinking business that can offer you autonomy and progression opportunities into Engineering?

In this role you'll be creating 2D drawings for the building services industry. This will include ductwork layouts, FCUs, grilles, heat recovery, dampers and ventilation systems. You will look at a 2D mechanical layout and work alongside the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical team who will provide design direction.

The company is a Manchester‑based construction and fit‑out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full‑build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public‑sector projects, supported by in‑house project management and multi‑trade teams.

• Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Working under the direction of the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical Directors.
• Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm – 40 hours per week.

• Draughtsperson, CAD Technician or similar.
• HVAC, M&E or Building Services background.
