Cad Technician (2D AutoCAD / HVAC)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + training, progression, 33 days holiday, company bonus, company benefits.
Location:
Middleton, Manchester.
This role involves creating 2D drawings for building services, focusing on ductwork layouts, FCUs, grilles, heat recovery, dampers, and ventilation systems.
You will work with a 2D mechanical layout and collaborate with the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical team for design direction.
The Role- Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Working under the direction of the Pre‑Construction and Mechanical Directors
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)
- Background in HVAC, MEP, or Building Services
- Training and progression opportunities
