Client Manager

Overview

Principal Consultant / Client Manager role with a leading alternative Invoice Finance lender. The role involves managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients, delivering outstanding service, and supporting the expansion of the team.

• Support in managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Proactively monitor client performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure facilities are running smoothly.
• Provide support and guidance to clients, ensuring their funding needs are met.

• Previous experience in Invoice Finance / Receivables Finance is essential.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers.
