What you will do:

Act as a Care Coordinator for individuals diagnosed with a first episode of psychosis or those at risk of developing psychotic illnesses.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide targeted interventions, following best practices and NICE guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care.

Offer expert advice and supervision to other mental health professionals within the multidisciplinary team, fostering collaborative care delivery.

Contribute to the ongoing development of the service, ensuring it adapts to emerging needs and continues to meet high standards.
