Location: Shaw

We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Mental health Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. If you have experience with EUPD, ASD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and a passion for making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: £12.40 per hour

Days & Nights

Hours:

Full-time & Part-time available
Driver: UK driving licence preferred but not essential

What You’ll Do
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
  • Support access to community activities and help develop new skills and hobbies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD and mental health conditions.
  • Knowledge of challenging behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • A caring, positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
