Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administration Officer to ensure the seamless delivery of HR operations in the Brian Clarke Academy and to undertake HR administration for the Cranmer Oldham Hub, which currently includes three primary schools. Your responsibilities will span the employee life cycle and you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers.
This is a well-supported role within a strong school team, with additional guidance and expertise provided by the Trust's central HR function.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit
- Providing a single point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters
- Coordinating HR administration for the Cranmer Oldham Hub schools
- Assisting the Trust’s central HR function with local HR initiatives
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with previous HR admin experience
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Efficient work style with good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn and use the HR MIS confidently
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
