Our client is looking for a driven and experienced 360 temp Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Greater Manchester. If you know how to own the full recruitment cycle—from winning new clients to placing top talent—you'll thrive here.

• Full 360 recruitment: BD, resourcing, client relationship management
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client pipelines
• Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Hit and exceed KPIs with full support and autonomy

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (any sector)
• Confident in business development and cold outreach
• Strong communicator with a people‑first mindset
• Organised, ambitious, and target‑driven
• Oldham‑based or commutable

• £35K basic salary
