Payroll​/HR Assistant

As a Payroll & HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to both the payroll and HR functions.

Duties will include assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, responding to employee queries, ensuring compliance documentation is up-to-date and carrying out general administrative tasks to support the wider team.

This is a varied role that will provide exposure to all aspects of payroll and HR administration.

• Previous experience in payroll, HR administration or a similar support role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational/ administration skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Enhanced DBS desirable but not essential
