Full Time (1 day remote)I'm currently working with an award-winning law firm who are looking to grow their Family Law Department. They are seeking an ambitious and driven Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join the team and work on an existing caseload while helping to develop the department further.About the Role

• Private Children Cases
• Divorce matters (acting for both Applicants and Respondents)
• Financial matters in Divorce
• Unmarried party disputes
• Asset protection including Pre-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements
• Managing cases both pre- and during litigation
• The ideal candidate will step into an existing caseload and hit the ground running, making a tangible impact from day one.

About You

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal with 1-5 years PQE (all levels considered)
• Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to present legal advice and strategies in a clear, persuasive, and client-focused way
• Confident managing a variety of family law matters and building strong client relationships
