Property Lawyer

Position: Property Lawyer (Contract)
Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a Popular Local Authority based in Greater Manchester that is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality property law matters while benefiting from a supportive team environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

This role is on a Hybrid basis on a 3-month contract with potential to extend.
The rate is £50-£55ph umbrella (depending on experience)
PAYE (Inc.

Hol) - £44.50 - £48.89 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities as a Property Lawyer:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters on behalf of the Local Authority
Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases relating to council land and assets
Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements including leases, licences, easements, and transfers
Provide legal support on regeneration and development projects

About you as a Property Lawyer:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Property Law
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
