They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Support Planner to join the dynamic team and play a crucial role in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Planning:
    Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages and overstock.
  • Supplier Coordination:
    Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Logistics Optimization:
    Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Data Analysis:
    Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and inform decision-making.
  • Compliance Management:
    Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with procurement, sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Address and resolve supply chain disruptions and logistical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
