Salary: £30-32,000 DOE + Bonus

Location:

Oldham, OL8

Hours:

8am – 5pm Mon Thurs with an early finish on Friday

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Parts Administrator to join our clients fast-growing company based in Oldham.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement.

Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.

Manage import and export processes.

Maintain strong relationships with UK and overseas suppliers.

Monitor purchasing costs and stock values.

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Produce KPI reports covering stock, purchasing and supplier performance.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Experience in procurement or purchasing.

Experience dealing with overseas suppliers.

Excellent organisation and time management.

Strong communication and attention to detail.

Automotive, machinery or parts experience would be advantageous.
